THORFEST 2014 was a huge success! Plus post-show/Holiday schedule!

WOW!!! WOW!!! WOW!!! Is all we can really say to show how we are feeling post-show. Congrats to all of the THOR students… the amazing, creative, talented, positive community of young individuals we have here! You all stepped up individually and collectively, and brought it to both stages of The Rockwood for THORFEST 2014. There is not enough space here to go through all the huge moments that were experienced throughout the show, but on top of that we are simply speechless. Bottom line, you should all be very proud of yourselves, as we are proud of each and every one of you. We’ll see you all this week for mini-celebrations at your programs, and to start getting jazzed for the next set list plan for the Littlefield show on March 8th! Rock and Roll!! POST-SHOW THOR/HOLIDAY SCHEDULE:
Per usual, since THOR is an ongoing program, please note:
– REGULAR CLASSES THIS AND NEXT WEEK
– THOR WILL BE CLOSED THE WEEKS OF 12/22 & 12/29 FOR THE HOLIDAYS
– CLASSES WILL RESUME THE WEEK OF 1/5 (note that the 2 classes missed will be made up as extra rehearsals for the upcoming show or 5 week months, i.e. March/April, depending)

This is yet another amazing venue in the Gowanus area of Brooklyn. Like The Bell House last year, this venue is known for having huge popular acts in a very cool Brooklyn setting. This will be another opportunity for our students to play a different pro room that is known worldwide, and rock the stage and learn about the life of a performing musician! Mark your calendars!
